Higher positions are responsable of the airspace below them if no other ATC are connected.
VFR management is at the ATC discretion for APP and CTR position, regarding the flow of traffic in the airspace, the ATIS must be filed in consequence.
Secondary position described next can't be open outside condition of opening (Active ATC needed).

If splited, each center is responsable of their part of FIR from the ground to unlimited, the middle line seperation represents the limits between east and west sector. Esle, the complete position cover the entire FIR from the ground to unlimited.
The west sector is also responsable of the FEEDER section from FL115 to FL245.
EETN_F_APP position is to be used during busy flow, the position isn't responsable of departure, as well as VFR management (EETN_APP does).
Departing traffic are transfer from EETN_TWR to EETN_APP (or higher).
Arriving traffic are transfer from EETN_APP to EETN_F_APP at or before the waypoint listed in Arrival above, then EETN_TWR.
