Members of the ATC Operations Department and Division HQ are able to offer permanent or temporary exemptions to the FRAs however, no request will be authorised unless it has approval from the AOC or the AOAC in their absence.
FRA exemptions may be issued in circumstances including but not limited to:
FRA Exemptions can only be submitted via email - requests via Discord will be rejected. The following details must be emailed to the ATC Operations Department at least 5 days prior to the start date of the exemption:

Purpose:
Following the receipt of this email, the request will be assessed and a result issued within 48 hours. Requestors/Controllers have no right to appeal the outcome of any request and are reminded that the facility is considered a privilege to use and this may be revoked at any time.
