Please follow the mentioned procedure in order to expedite the evaluation and subsequent approval or rejection of your IVAO Events Support Award requests.
IVAO Events Support Award Request Procedure:
1. Request via Calendar HQ Award on the event you would like to have the Event Support Award.
2. Send an email to events@ivao.aero with the following event details:
Multidivisional events with three (3) or more participating divisions will be deducted half (0.5) token points instead of a whole (1) token for these events. All other cases one (1) token will be deducted.
3. Request the required event status through the Calendar System.
4. The IVAO Events Department will evaluate the request.
If the decision is to approve it:
The IVAO Events Department will validate the request at the Calendar System.
The IVAO Events Department will make sure that the event is visible at the hqe.ivao.aero system.
No changes to the event details shall be made by the Divisional Events Departments. Changes to events details (title, date, time, involved airports & event requirements) must be requested via events@ivao.aero.
If the decision is to reject it: The IVAO Events Department will contact you and provide the reason for this decision and any possible alternative.

The request should be done at least 1 month before the event, even though late requests will be evaluated.
