¶ Posting Events on the Network
Please follow the mentioned procedure in order publish your events and get the best advertisement out for them.
Forum posts:
1. Make sure that you post your event on your divisional forum, then head to:
2. Click on Post Thread as shown below:
3. Make sure you correctly filled the Thread Details*:
- Tread Tittle: The named of event
- Date: date and time frame of the event (Example: 19 AUG | 13z-20z)
- Type of Event: Type of event which you are posting, based on Event Categories and Event Types.
- Involved Divisions: Fill it with all divisions which will take part in event, if event is with HQ Support, mark the HQ as division as well.
4. Fill in the message box with the BBcode you have created for your event.
Make sure that it is clear and the members know where to find all the information from.
5. Press Post Thread:
Public Relations promotion:
The IVAO Events Department strongly encourages Divisional Events Departments to contact their divisional PR Department, and collaborate with them to promote the event. They will know exactly how to proceed.
