Please follow the mentioned procedure in order to expedite the evaluation and subsequent approval or rejection of your Real Flight Events, Real Flight Operations, Mega Slot Events (RFE/RFO/MSE) Request Procedure.
RFE/RFO/MSE Event Request Procedure:
1. Send an email to events@ivao.aero with the following event details:
2. The IVAO Events Department will evaluate the request.
If the decision is to approve it: The IVAO Events Department will book the event at the Calendar System.
If the decision is to reject it: The IVAO Events Department will propose a suitable date/time based on the Calendar System.
After the event:
1. The Divisional Events Department must:
a. Submit a spreadsheet of the booking slots to the IVAO Events Department:
Do not book RFE/RFO Events at the Calendar System, this will be done by the IVAO Events Department if the request has been approved.
The request should be done at least one month prior to the event, even though late requests will be evaluated as well.
If you would like to integrate the IVAO Events Support Award to your RFE/RFO Event, please refer to the ESA Request Procedure.
Divisional Events Departments are expected to send the spreadsheet of the booking slots in accordance with the procedures stated above, without reminders from the IVAO Events Department.

The IVAO HQ Events Department is aware that not all divisions have access to a booking system. That's why Jehad, Events Advisor, has agreed to provide the one he has developed for all divisions.
