An IVAO User Event is a type of event that is requested and organised by IVAO Members who are not apart of the HQ/Divisional Events Department.
The following procedure outlines how to request a User Event:
1. Contact your Divisional Events Department and get their approval.
Note: Memorial Event + RFE/RFO/MSE only can be organised by Divisional Event Department's.
2. Create a banner for your User Event publication. For further advice contact your Divisional Public Relations Department
3. Post your User Event at the IVAO Events – User Events board.
4. The IVAO Events Department will evaluate and review the post.
If the decision is to approve it: The User Event post will become visible to all IVAO members.
If the decision is to reject it: The IVAO Events Department will contact you and provide the reason for this decision.
Please make sure to comply with all IVAO Rules & Regulations, especially the IVAO Events Regulations.
