This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”, “You” or “Your”) and the International Virtual Aviation Organisation, VZW (“IVAO”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) regarding your use of the IVAO Multiplayer Traffic Library (MTL), including all associated models, liveries, data files, software, documentation, and updates (collectively, the “MTL”).
By installing, copying, or using the MTL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the MTL.
IVAO grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use the MTL solely for personal, non-commercial use within the IVAO network in connection with IVAO’s official flight simulation software and related services.

Any violation of these restrictions constitutes immediate termination of your license.
The MTL and all associated files remain the exclusive property of IVAO VZW and/or its respective contributors, developers, and copyright holders. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by IVAO.
All original content created and contributed to the MTL remains the intellectual property of the individual developer, painter or team who created it.
By submitting content to the MTL project, each contributor grants IVAO a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to:
Contributors retain ownership of their works and may use or publish them elsewhere, provided that use does not conflict with IVAO's non-commercial use or misrepresent IVAO endorsement.
Certain liveries, trademarks, and designs used within the MTL are the property of third parties (such as airlines, aircraft manufacturers, or operators) and are used under fair use or community license principles for simulation and education purposes only. No ownership or affiliation with these third parties is implied.
IVAO may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or new versions of the MTL. These updates are also subject to this Agreement unless accompanied by a different license.
IVAO does not guarantee that future versions will remain compatible with your simulator or system configuration.
The MTL is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Therefore, the use of MTL is at your sole risk.
IVAO makes no guarantees that the MTL will function without interruption or error, nor that it will be compatible with all simulation setups.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVAO, its contributors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including data loss, computer failure, or loss of uses) arising from the use or inability to use the MTL, even if IVAO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
It will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the MTL and delete all associated files from your systems.
IVAO reserves the right to revoke or modify access to the MTL at any time for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Developers and painters contributing to the MTL agree that:
IVAO will always strive to credit contributors publicly where feasible (e.g. in release notes or documentation).
The MTL itself does not collect personal data. When used within the IVAO network, your MTL selections (e.g. aircraft type and livery) may be visible to other IVAO members as part of normal flight simulation visibility features.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, where IVAO VZW is registered.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
By installing or using the MTL, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
You further acknowledge that this Agreement represents the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and IVAO regarding the MTL.
This policy shall be construed and interpreted by the laws of Belgium. The court of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
