Line Manager: Membership Director (MD) and Membership Assistant Director (MAD)
Description: Membership Advisors are responsible for the execution of membership related daily tasks.
Membership Advisors (MAx)
- Supervise and assist the divisional membership staff on all related matters.
- Mentor the divisions within the region under their responsibility on all membership related matters.
- Establish and maintain streamlined communication with and between the divisions under their responsibility (eg. hosting regular meetings).
- Enforce the compliance of all membership related regulations and terms of use across the network.
- Issue membership staff internal circulars for division membership staff under MD/MAD delegation.
- Manage IVAO Awards in cooperation with the MD/MAD.
- Handle division transfer requests.
- Perform identity checks in case of doubt about the identity of a member.
- Investigate and mitigate fake and double accounts.
- Approve and create events and/or organisational accounts.
- Manage user accounts statuses (eg. deleted, suspended, in memoriam etc).
- Handle account update queries.
- Creation, development and implementation of membership related projects.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings.
- Provide members with support on all membership related matters and respond to messages, emails and requests, from within or outside the department, in a timeframe of 48h maximum.
