Description: Supporting the IVAO Special Operations Department with regards to training.
Special Operations Trainers
- Create, develop and implement training related projects within the department:
- Manage Special Operations related documentation.
- Assist in developing/updating the Special Operations training syllabus.
- Assist in the development of Special Operations pilot and ATC exam standards for each rating.
- Keep the criteria for each rating up to date.
- Manage and oversee the general activities of the Special Operations Department with regards to training, at HQ and divisional level.
- Assist divisions during the development of local Special Operations related documentation.
- Acknowledge, schedule, execute and report assigned Special Operations training and/or exam sessions in accordance with the Special Operations policies and standards.
- Promote Special Operations career progression within active divisions.
- Validate Special Operations exams and monitor their status according to Special Operations exam policy.
- Provide members with support on all training related matters and respond to messages, emails and requests, from within or outside the department, in a timeframe of 48h maximum.
- Establish and maintain streamlined communication within the department.
- Accomplish any other delegated task deemed necessary by the Special Operations HQ.
