S.2.1: Civil Special Operation flights cover aerial work and other aviation activities. These activities are allowed for all members regardless of the division mentioned on their profile and do not require any special permit from the division as they comply with general rules of the air and standard VFR or IFR procedures.

S.3.1.: Military operations constitute a significant part of Special Operations; the execution of specific military operations in full compliance with these regulations shall not be interpreted by spectators as a simulation of aggression. Furthermore, real-world perspectives or events shall not influence a spectator’s interpretation of military operations when they are being performed in compliance with these regulations.
Examples of miltary flights are all flights with aircraft capable of carrying weapons by design and all other types of aircraft which are under registration or made by definition for military use.
