If a division wishes to restrict operations during a natural disaster, an email containing the information below must be sent to specops@ivao.aero:

Only emails from the Special Operations Department or Division HQ will be included in the list.
The NOTAM ID must be obtained from the data.ivao.aero site. The Special Operations Department will carefully review the creation of the NOTAM. If you have any doubts, contact your regional advisor at specops@ivao.aero.
