After the BOG Meeting of July 2024, the following changes will be done on the SO Regulations.
S.1.5.1 Users are permitted to conduct humanitarian flights into areas affected by natural disasters. Pilots may fly into these areas even if the areas fall outside the division stated in their profile. The Division HQ, the Division Special Operations Department, and the Special Operations HQ Department reserve the right to restrict flights in any specific area if they determine that such flights could be disruptive or insensitive to those affected. Any such restrictions will be posted on the dedicated wiki page and communicated via NOTAM.
Added this paragraph to make clear in which cases you are allowes to simulate SO flights based in natural disasters, even if these areas are outside you registered Division.
All these regulations will become effective on the 19th of July 2024.

After the BOG Meeting of May 2024, the following changes will be done on the SO Regulations.
S.1.11.2: Outside segregated airspace, users may conduct interceptions, targeting, or escorting. This is permissible as long as there is an active air traffic controller connected who is responsible for the area(s) desired to be utilized. The user must have the controller’s consent via private message through IVAO clients to operate within their airspace. This consent can be withdrawn at any time. The activity or operations must not cause disruption to fellow user(s) of that airspace.
S.1.11.2.1: Users flying a Special Operations World Tour may conduct interceptions, targeting, or escorting outside of the published segregated airspace. This is permissible even if there is not an active air traffic controller connected who is responsible for the desired area(s). The user must have the intercepted traffic's consent via private message through IVAO clients to operate as needed.
Added a specific point to allow interceptions during a Special Operations World Tour. This will allow some specific legs in the new Special Operations World Tour 2024.
S.9.2.3: All Special Operations Coordinators, Special Operations Assistant Coordinators, and Special Operations Advisors must be members of the Special Operations Discord Server.
S.9.2.4: The duties outlined in Regulation S.9.2.2 are considered generic. For a detailed list of duties for Divisional Special Operations Staff to comply with, refer to the IVAO Roles and Responsibilities Wiki page. (Formerly published as S.9.2.3)
Added a new regulation that forces all divisional staff to be present in the SO Discord Server. This has been implemented to improve communication within the department.
E.1.6 The maximum number of IVAO Events booked in the Calendar System is 4 (four) per day , inclusive of both Special Operations and Civil Events. The ratios for Special Operations and Civil Events may vary on any given day.
Added a specification to include SO Events within the IVAO Events limit. This change has been made because SO Events will now be included in the HQ-Events Calendar, enhancing our cooperation and increasing our visibility.
All these regulations will become effective on the 14th of May 2024.
